One thing I’ve really enjoyed lately is watching the conversations happening inside the group itself.

This week alone we’ve had discussions about:
• whether Zillow Rental Manager is actually thorough enough for screening and verification
• abandoned property timelines after evictions and writs
• landlords debating self-management vs hiring professional management
• operational burnout and “Monday Reset” conversations from people trying to balance real life with running rentals

That’s honestly the whole point of this network.

The directory is important, but the real value is the combination of operators, landlords, vendors, and property managers all sharing real experiences and practical advice in one place.

We’re continuing to grow the directory carefully and intentionally so it stays useful, trusted, and genuinely valuable to the landlord and property management community.
